This session will discuss how a large health plan reached over 500k members across the US to help users understand how they could use Kaiser Permanente’s e-visit interface to quickly and easily check symptoms online and get follow-up advice from a clinician. In addition, this panel will discuss how this storytelling format effectively communicated across race/ethnicity groups and age bands.
