Nemours Children’s Health designed this four-unit health literacy curriculum. The curriculum aims to prepare high school and college-age teens to be responsible for managing their own healthcare as they transition into adulthood.
The lessons are suitable for in-class, in-home, after-school, and community settings. They can be taught virtually or in person.
