Georgia Health Foundation and Georgia State University developed this toolkit. The toolkit contains culturally and linguistically appropriate health education materials. The materials use plain language and follow health literacy guidelines.

The toolkit includes the following:

• General health education videos in 14 languages, including subtitled versions for those who are hard of hearing
• Women’s health education videos in 12 languages
• Patient/provider communication videos in 12 languages
• Medicine instructions for commonly prescribed drugs used to treat diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure in 12 languages. You can download these as pdfs.
