The 21st Annual IHA Health Literacy Conference was held virtually May 10-12, 2022. More than 1750 registered for the conference, “Strengthening Our Health Literacy Efforts: Insights, Rejuvenation, and Innovation.” Conference sessions addressed the role of communication in health literacy and how we can recognize and effectively deal with misinformation and disinformation; our own mental and emotional well-being and resilience; and innovative programs to advance health literacy toward a goal of health equity.

  • Certified in Public Health (CPH)
  • Librarians (MLA)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • *Behavioral Analysts (BCBA®s and BCaBAs)

*Up to 2 CEC are available for BCBA and BCaBA certificants. For these sessions only: Patient Burnout: Helping Patients to Achieve Their Health Goals & Tools for Fighting Burnout, Depression and Anxiety

To earn credit for watching recorded sessions, you must complete evaluations by May 12, 2023.
