The Johns Hopkins Hospital developed this annual report to showcase the 2024 accomplishments of its patient and family advisory councils (PFACs). The report illustrates some of the ways PFACs can help healthcare organizations promote health literacy. For instance, some Hopkins PFAC members helped develop patient education materials.
