Poster abstract: Physical literacy (PL) includes the domains: affective, physical, cognitive, and behavioral. Measuring PL is challenging as the research is not adequate to develop a functional definition. A qualitative retrospective online study using the Self-care During COVID-19 Questionnaire was conducted September 2022- January 2023. U.S. participant responses from frontline employees in Education, Childcare, Social Services, Public Health, Retail, Transportation, and Postal (48) illustrated the four PL domains in the context of self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings could further define PL in adult populations to plan, implement, and evaluate physical health-related strategies for frontline employees especially during times of stress/emergencies.
