The Sabri Ülker Foundation, in collaboration with AHEF and TİHUDUM, developed the "Advanced Nutrition and Nutrition Communication" training programs to provide healthcare professionals with evidence-based nutrition knowledge and combat misinformation. The program, designed through a needs assessment, covered topics such as aging and nutrition, food allergies, pediatric and adult obesity management, and the role of supplements. Training content was created with expert input and aimed to enhance physicians’ understanding of nutrition and patient communication. With 437 AHEF and 566 TİHUDUM participants completing the program, it contributed to improving health literacy, promoting health equity, and fostering better community nutrition habits.
