In this presentation, he will describe shared decision making as a method of care, present the range of forms this method can take depending on the problem at hand, and discuss its goal: to make care fit. In addition to the tools that can support its practice, he will describe the existing evidence, and offer a practical method to implement shared decision making in the care of patients.
