Poster abstract: Personal health literacy including taking care of oneself was important during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, little is known about how healthcare workers who took care of so many practiced personal self-care. The purpose of this retrospective study was to explore self-care among frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants (118) responded to The Self-care During COVID-19 Questionnaire from September 2022-January 2023. Responses to the question “How have you taken care of yourself during the COVID-19 pandemic?” were analyzed. Findings and implications for personal health literacy will be reported that maybe be useful for promoting self-care during times of stress/emergency.
