Webinar Description:
This session will provide an overview of the role of organizational health literacy, share strategies and techniques to improve patient understanding, identify practical tools, and discuss ongoing efforts of the IHS Health Literacy Workgroup to advance health literacy. Participants will also learn about the 2019-2022 IHS Oral Health Literacy Initiative that focused on supporting IHS dental programs with their health literacy efforts to improve patient care.
