Job Summary:
The Call Center Operations Lead is a key partner of the Community Action, Resources and Emergency Support (CARES) management team. You will play a critical role in managing and improving organizational processes and will work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in group operations. If you have an amazing sense of professionalism and are willing to take on a high level of management responsibility, then this position is for you! As the Call Center Operations Lead, you understand and embrace the concept of public service and are willing to make the success of every CARES Team Community Service Representative your primary priority.
In this role, you will support the Team Leads in the management of the CARES Team. You are responsible for training incoming CRS members and for continual training on guidance and resources that see daily adjustments. You will take primary responsibility for reviewing guidance questions with MCDPH Doctors and Epidemiologists, and work with them to ensure clarity for the CARES Team. You will also take the lead with MCDPH Immunization Clinics and ensure all community members are provided appropriate and guidance-driven services.
